General Comments

The U.S. stock markets are flat to higher with the Dow futures up 12. The interest rate products are flat. The dollar index is 20 lower. Energies are higher with crude up 0.60. Livestock trade is mostly higher. Precious metals are mixed with gold off $2.

Corn trade is 7 to 9 higher at midday, near the daily highs with light upward momentum still in play.
