General Comments

The U.S. stock markets are lower with the Dow futures down 80. The interest rate products are lower. The dollar index is 20 lower. Energies are higher with crude up 3.00. Livestock trade is mixed. Precious metals are firmer with gold up $25.

Corn trade is 3 to 6 lower in soft trade at midday with some profit taking surfacing, as well as the view that corn conditions aren't as threatened by the weather as beans.
