General Comments

The U.S. stock markets are firmer with the Dow futures up 35. The interest rate products are higher. The dollar index is 35 lower. Energies are mixed. Livestock trade is mixed. Precious metals are higher with gold up $8.

Corn trade is trading around a nickel lower at midday. We saw limited upside follow-through overnight and have been down nearly a dime.
