General Comments

The U.S. stock market indices are lower with Dow futures down 38. The interest rate products are flat to higher. The dollar index is 38 lower. Energies are narrowly mixed with crude off $.05. Livestock trade is mixed. Precious metals are higher with gold up $7.

CORN

Corn trade is 6 to 8 higher at midday with trade bouncing back after a small declining in crop conditions, a warmer drier forecast, and supportive outside markets. Trade pushed 12 to 15 higher earlier in the session. Basis remains strong in the country indicating further support in the cash market ...
