General Comments

The U.S. stock markets are mixed with the Dow futures down 5. The interest rate products are lower. The dollar index has been is 5 lower. Energies are higher with crude up $1.00. Livestock trade is sharply higher. Precious metals are higher with gold up $20.

Corn trade is 1 to 4 higher at midday with quiet trade and fairly neutral outside markets. Weather forecasts are still mixed in the extended forecast, but some models have trended back wetter and cooler, potentially limiting progress again next week.
