General Comments

The U.S. stock markets are higher at midday with the Dow futures up 78 points. The interest rate products are higher. The dollar index is 35 lower. Energies are lower with crude down with crude up $0.50. Livestock trade is mixed. Precious metals are higher with gold down $6.
