General Comments

The U.S. stock market indices are flat to slightly lower. The interest rate products are higher. The dollar index is 4 higher. Energies are lower with crude down $1.90. Livestock trade is mixed. Precious metals are lower with gold off $28.

CORN

Corn trade is 3 to 5 higher at midday, with mostly soft outside markets. The chart picture is negative, but trade has been able to limit follow through this week. Weather is a non-issue for corn at the moment. Spreads have stayed firm up front, while basis has continued to appreciate. Early delivery registrations are low ...
