General Comments

The U.S. stock market indices are higher at midday with the DOW futures up 45. The interest rate products are higher. The dollar index is 15 lower. Energies are higher with crude up $0.60. Livestock trade is higher. Precious metals are higher with gold up $7.

Corn trade is a penny higher at midday in slow action. The range has been 2 lower to 8 higher, but spillover support from beans is limited. Outside markets are lightly supportive. The weekly export inspections were larger than last week but not a big number at 11 million bushels. The ...
