Posted 09:47 -- December corn is up 8 1/2 cents, November soybeans are up 11 1/4 cents, September Chicago wheat is up 16 cents. Monday's Crop Progress report from USDA showed significant delays in the harvest of soft red winter wheat from Illinois to Ohio and Michigan, due to excessively wet conditions. For example, Ohio's wheat crop is 9% harvested, down from the five-year average of 48% and is a bullish factor in Tuesday's higher wheat prices.
