OMAHA (DTN) -- Posted 11:49 -- As we near the close, December corn is down 1/4 cent, November soybeans are up 6 1/4 cents, September Chicago wheat is up 9 3/4 cents. Wednesday morning, Informa Economics estimated U.S. corn production at 14.26 billion bushels for 2013-2014 with a yield of 160 bushels per acre. That is more than USDA's June estimate of 14.005 billion bushels of production and a 156.5 bushel per acre yield, a bearish estimate from Informa.
