Cattle futures are retracting a portion of Thursday's aggressive gains during early Friday trade. It is uncertain just how much additional buyer support will develop through the morning, or if most traders will continue to slowly positions themselves in front of the afternoon cattle on feed report. Corn futures are trading lower in early electronic trade. Stock markets are trading mixed. Dow Jones Index is 14 points higher, while Nasdaq is down 3 points.
