OMAHA (DTN) -- A 2012-13 South America crop season, which began as too dry in Brazil and too wet in Argentina, appears to be rounding into a beneficial pattern for reproductive and early harvest phases. That's the opinion of experts in the Northern and Southern hemispheres.

"We're seeing what I thought we might see, with a reversal of very wet conditions earlier in the season to drier in Argentina," said DTN Senior Ag Meteorologist Mike Palmerino.
