Hire employees long enough and you're certain to have one who wants back on the team after trying greener grass or taking advantage of our special "early retirement" plan.

You'd think this would be a choice as simple as choosing to click on the "Like" thumbs-up button on Facebook. However, I've had easier decisions whether to buy a farm. Alumni employees can range from being real-life versions of poking Staple's "Easy Button" to "damaged goods."
