General Comments:

The corn market was down, coming under pressure from lower-than-expected export sales on Thursday along with recent rainfall and forecasts for rain in parts of the Midwest over the next 10 days. Traders are also being cautious ahead of the USDA Supply and Demand report on Tuesday. Soybeans were up in the old crop and down in the new crop as traders continue to move positions ahead of last trade day for August futures next Thursday.
