EPA Delays RFS Compliance

OMAHA (DTN) -- Exactly when EPA will release the final 2014 volumes in the Renewable Fuel Standard could depend on the agency's announced delay Thursday of the 2013 RFS compliance deadline. The agency delayed the 2013 RFS compliance date to 30 days following the release of the final 2014 volumes.

Since the original deadline for compliance on the 2013 volumes was Sept. 30, this means the final 2014 volumes may not be released prior to that date.
