Milk

Milk production levels remains fairly steady across the nation from where they had been last week. Hot weather is forecast to come into the Midwest this week, which may be the hottest weather of the summer so far. Cow comfort will be affected, but impact may not be quite as great if temperatures cool down at night. Bottlers are demanding more supply keeping extra milk from being available to manufacturing. This will keep supply tight unless high prices curtail demand, but that has not yet been the case. All will be watching the next Global Dairy Trade auction event ...
