Fundamental have not changed over the weekend other than it is getting closer to school demand picking up. Milk production is sufficient to supply both bottling and manufacturing demand, but manufacturing supply will tighten over the next few weeks. Milk production has been slowing seasonally, but continues to remain above year ago levels. During the month of May, overall fluid milk sales are 3.5% lower than the previous year. Conventional milk sales declined 4.1%. Whole milk sales declined 1.7%, flavored whole milk sales were down 7.2%, reduced fat was down 2.6%, low fat declined 5.3%, flavored fat reduced milk ...
