Milk

Milk supply in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions is steady to heavy due to slower Class I demand as well as continued strong milk production. In some cases, milk receipts have increased being somewhat variable from week to week. The Southeast has experienced a little better weather with milk production increasing marginally. Florida sent 35 loads out of the state this week compared to 35 last week and no loads in or out a year ago.
