Traders seem to believe cash prices will remain supported. The August Class III contract has moved slightly above July indicating prices are expected to remain at current levels. August is beginning to be priced and will be susceptible to movement in the underlying cash by attempting to move right with it. Strong milk production is being absorbed by consumers which keeps supply from building. This provides a positive outlook for milk prices through the end of the year.
