Milk production fundamentals are little changed from last week. Plants are running on full schedules with milk moving around to those who are willing to take it. Milk supply over the weekend was handled easily with discounted prices less than they had been the past few weeks. Dairy farmers are holding onto cows for the purpose of selling as much milk as possible at profitable prices. Feed costs are projected to be substantially less expensive than the current level if weather continues along its present pattern.
