Milk production continues to remain strong overall. Some areas indicate lower production due to increased temperatures, while at the same time they indicate manufacturing plants remain full. The Global Dairy Trade auction Tuesday seems to have turned traders more bearish as concern increases over the ability of the U. S to compete in the world market at current high prices. The extended Fourth of July weekend will allow more milk to be available for manufacturing, keeping plants full.
