Milk

Demand remains strong for all aspects of bottling and manufacturing relative to the time of year. Schools are closed, so less milk is being bottled for school systems. This milk is moving to manufacturing as usual during this time of year. Manufacturers have increased schedules to handle extra milk offered at reduced prices. They are doing this with confidence due to strong cheese prices as well as the desire to build inventory for later demand. Inventory continues to run behind last year's level.
