Midday Market Update:

Block cheese price declined 1 3/4 cents to close spot trading at $1.97 with three loads traded. Barrel price declined 4 1/2 cents $1.9525 with three loads traded. A bid for a load of blocks and 2 loads of barrels remained below the market with one load of barrels offered. This moves the block/barrel spread more normal.
