ALBERTA CROP CONDITIONS AND PROGRESS REPORT

OMAHA (DTN) -- The following are highlights from the weekly crop progress report for conditions until August 12, released August 15 from Alberta Agriculture and Rural Development:

The warm, dry weather during the week continued to rapidly enhance crop development toward maturity. Outside of spotty showers, the Central and North East Regions reported some precipitation as well as hail storms with moderate to severe damage.
