STREATOR, Ill. (DTN) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued an emergency order on Friday, Feb. 7, requiring Enterprise TE Products Pipeline Company to increase propane shipments from Texas, to the Midwest and Northeast due to tight supply in those regions.
