OMAHA (DTN) -- Richard Fisher, president of the Dallas Federal Reserve, will be the lead-off speaker for three days of farm business discussion, education and networking at the 2013 DTN/The Progressive Farmer Ag Summit, Dec. 9-11 in Chicago.

The theme for the 2013 Summit is "Ag's New Playbook: Tactics to Tame Market Volatility."
