In a small adobe house high in the mountains of Honduras, Jose de La Paz Mendoza Chica opens a meeting with a prayer. He closes his eyes and opens his palms to heaven. He prays God will bless this committee's work, which is to bring clean water and a sustainable food supply to this village. He prays for a better life.
