Scattered showers and some rain moved through parts of Missouri, central and southern Illinois and over the northeast Midwest region during Tuesday. These showers may become thunderstorms as the move over the eastern and southern Midwest and northern Delta late Tuesday or during this evening. Light showers also occurred through the western and northern Canadian Prairies. The balance of the region continued dry. Temperatures ranged from the 60s through the northwest Canadian Prairies to the low 100s through the southwestern Plains.
