Light to moderate rain will cover the eastern Midwest, Delta, Southeast, and far Southern Plains Monday. Other primary U.S. and Canadian Prairies crop regions will be dry. Condition will again be very cool for the season in most areas east of the Rockies except for the far Southern Plains; thus, heat stress remains a non-factor for row crops. Very stressful heat will continue in the western U.S.

Highs: 70s/80s except for central and southern Texas, where 90s/100s will be in effect.
