Light to moderate rain is in store for the northeastern Plains, western Midwest and Delta Thursday. We'll also see additional showers in the Canadian Prairies. Dry conditions will be in place elsewhere. Temperatures will again be seasonally mild in most areas. This combination favors row crops while continuing to produce some delays in wheat harvest due to wetter conditions than desired.

Highs: 70s Prairies, Great Lakes; 80s elsewhere except 90s western Texas and Southeast.
