OMAHA (DTN) -- Rain targeting the western Midwest, and additional showers in Europe's wheat harvest areas, are the primary weather items for the commodity trade's attention Wednesday.


The DTN ag weather forecast calls for the western and central Midwest to be the focus of showers and thunderstorms recharging soil moisture. The eastern Midwest will see more limited rainfall; however, with no significant high temperatures expected, any stress to crops will remain limited.
