Losses in lean hog futures are leading the market lower. Triple-digit losses are seen in all nearby lean hog futures as traders remain concerned about future demand and potential pork market support through the holiday season. Cattle futures are lower, but subdued by a "wait and see" approach through the complex. Corn futures are higher at midday. December corn futures are 3 cents per bushel higher. Stock markets are lower in light trade. The Dow Jones is 99 points lower while Nasdaq is down 10 point.
