Somewhere in the United States, Dolly Parton and Burt Reynolds have to be smiling. There is a strong likelihood they might have even broken into one of the songs from their 1982 movie "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" as a weather system labeled a "Texas Hooker" roared across the nation Thursday and Friday.
