Sometimes travel has its perks. This week I had the opportunity to travel to Chatham, Ontario, to speak at a customer meeting (more on the trip in next week's column). Because I hate lugging my computer through airports, I was basically cut off from the markets from 4:00 a.m. Thursday through 4:00 p.m. CDT Friday.
