General Comments:

Corn closed down 12 1/4 cents in the September contract and down 1 1/2 cents in the December. Soybeans closed down 37 1/4 cents in the August and down 32 3/4 cents in the November. Wheat closed down 4 cents in the September Chicago contract, down 5 cents in the September Kansas City, and down 5 3/4 cents in the September Minneapolis. The September U.S. dollar index is down .35 at 82.05. August gold is up $9.10 at $1,328.60 while September silver is $.16 higher and September copper is $.0030 higher.
