General Comments:

Corn closed down 9 cents in the July contract and down 10 cents in the December. Soybeans closed down 25 1/2 cents in the July and down 25 3/4 cents in the November. Wheat closed down 6 1/2 cents in the July Chicago contract, down 2 cents in the September Kansas City, and down 3/4 cent in the September Minneapolis. The September U.S. dollar index is up .46 at 82.05. August gold is down $93.00 at $1,281.20 while July silver is $1.92 lower and July copper is $.0915 lower.
