General Comments:

Corn closed up 2 1/4 cents in the May contract and up 1 cent in the July. Soybeans closed 9 1/4 cents higher in the May and 3/4 cents higher in the July. Wheat closed 1/4 cent higher in the July Chicago contract, 8 1/2 cents higher in the July Kansas City, and 2 1/2 cents higher in the July Minneapolis. The U.S. dollar index is down 0.34 at 82.30. June gold is up $4.20 at $1,563 while July silver is $0.01 higher and July copper is $.0085 higher. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is 49 points higher ...
