General Comments:

Corn closed 5 cents higher in the May and 3 3/4 cents higher in the July. Soybeans closed 6 cents higher in the May and 4 1/2 cents higher in the July. Wheat closed 5 1/4 cents higher in the May Chicago, 5 1/2 cents higher in the May Kansas City, and 2 1/2 cents higher in the May Minneapolis. The U.S. dollar index is 0.337 higher at 83.218.
