General Comments:

Corn closed 1 3/4 cents higher in the December and 1 1/2 cents higher in the March. Soybeans closed 6 cents higher in the January and 9 1/4 cents higher in the March. Wheat closed 1 1/4 cents higher in the December Chicago, 6 cents higher in the December Kansas City, and 1 1/4 cents higher in the December Minneapolis. The U.S. dollar index is 0.056 higher at 80.248. December gold is $2.40 lower at $1,748.90 while December silver is $.004 higher and December copper is $.0050 higher.
