Morning CME Globex Update:December corn was unchanged, November soybeans were down 4 cents, and September Chicago wheat was up 5 3/4 cents. At 8 a.m., USDA said that Colombia bought 160,000 (6.3 mb) metric tons of U.S. corn for 2014-15. Before the announcement, corn was steady and soybeans were lower early Wednesday with rain benefitting crops in the Dakotas, Nebraska, and Iowa. Wheat was trading higher on fresh concerns over a buildup of Russian troops on Ukraine's border.
