Morning CME Globex Update:December corn is trading down 3 cents, November soybeans are up 2 cents, and September Chicago wheat is up 1/4 cent. Grains are mixed Wednesday morning after a quiet overnight session. Dry conditions are an increasing concern in the northwestern Midwest with a surge of unseasonably cold air into the northern Plains expected to slow crop development late next week. At 8 a.m., USDA announced that 120,000 tons of U.S. soybeans were sold to unknown destinations for 2013-2014.
