Morning CME Globex Update:Grains are higher Tuesday morning after USDA reduced its crop condition ratings late Monday for corn and soybeans with the development of both crops still lagging behind their normal paces. USDA also said that 67% of the winter wheat crop was harvested, but only 28% harvested in Ohio due to excessively wet conditions. The five-day forecast is dry for the Western Corn Belt, stressful to corn and soybeans. More rain is expected in the Eastern Corn Belt.
