Morning CME Globex Update:July corn is down 1 3/4 cents, July soybeans up 5 cents, and July Chicago wheat is down 1/2 cent. Rain is falling from southern Minnesota to northern Oklahoma and that will add briefly to planting delays as the rain moves eastward across the Corn Belt on Thursday and Friday. This week's precipitation gives some help to the winter wheat in Colorado and Kansas, but the forecast expects drier conditions to resume after Saturday. Overnight, China reported 3.98 million tons of soybean imports in April, down 18% from a year ago.
