General Comments

The U.S. stock markets are firmer with the Dow futures 50 higher. The interest rate products are lower. The dollar index is 15 lower. Energies are mixed with crude up 0.20. Livestock trade is mostly lower. Precious metals are lower with gold down $8.


Corn trade is 4 to 6 lower at midday will follow-through selling and noted pressure from the EPA announcement. The USDA in a late-Friday announcement lower the EPA mandate.
