General Comments

The U.S. stock markets are firmer with the Dow 50 higher. The interest rate products are higher. The dollar index is 13 lower. Energies are mixed with crude down 0.05. Livestock trade is mostly higher. Precious metals are higher with gold up $2.

Corn trade is 1 to 3 lower in quiet midday trade. Outside markets are mostly neutral so far. December has continued to gain a little on the back months, with more up front demand surfacing and slow farmer movement. The December to March carry is now down to 9 cents after trading a 13 ...
