General Comments

The U.S. stock markets are firm with the Dow futures up 230. The interest rate products are lower. The dollar index is 6 higher. Energies are higher with crude up $1.50. Livestock trade is mixed with cattle higher and hogs lower. Precious metals are mixed.

CORN

Corn trade is a nickel lower at midday despite friendly outside market action. Chart support on the December chart is at $4.35 with resistance at $4.49-50, the 20-day moving average and area of our high this week.
