General Comments

The U.S. stock markets are lower with the Dow futures down 70. The interest rate products are lower. The dollar index is 31 lower. Energies are firmer with crude up $0.60. Livestock trade is mixed. Precious metals are higher with gold up $16.

CORN

Corn trade is 2 to 4 lower at midday with corn finding some light selling ahead of the weekend. The December chart support remains at the $4.45 3/4 contract low, with the 20-day at $4.62 key resistance. Harvest should continue to advance into the weekend with mostly open weather, which should allow ethanol plants ...
