General Comments

The U.S. stock markets are flat to lower at midday with the Dow futures down 30 points. The interest rate products are lower. The dollar index is 50 points lower. Energies are higher with crude up 40 cents. Livestock trade is sharply lower. Precious metals are softer with gold up $3.
