OMAHA (DTN) -- As we near the close, May corn is up 3 3/4 cents, May soybeans are up 11 1/4 cents, and May Chicago wheat is up 24 cents. Wednesday’s big gain in wheat prices dominated trading in grains with a combination of commercial and noncommercial interests responding to dry weather concerns in the south-central U.S. and the ongoing threat of conflict in Ukraine. Soybean prices are also on track to finish higher while old-crop supplies remain tight.
