OMAHA (DTN) -- December corn is down 3 cents, November soybeans are down 13 1/4 cents, and September Chicago wheat is up 1/2 cent. Monday's USDA export inspections report was bearish for corn and soybeans, but bullish for wheat. Wheat inspections totaled 25.4 million bushels, more than needed to keep up with USDA's export estimate of 1.075 billion bushels for 2013-2014.
